7.2 Import Files and Folders

Files that can be imported into the software are GIS data in one of the following raster formats:

  • ascii
  • EsriGrid
  • Geotiff

Hinweis: Files may have differnent resolution and projection for calculations for one file only but for connection functions involving the combination of different files such as index calculation and sensitivity analysis, maps have to be fitted in resolution and projection (the number of rows and colums have to be equal for all combined files).

You can import files into filesets by selecting single files or a folder containing files.

If you wish to import a folder go to File Import Folder, click right on the fileset you want to import files to and select import folder, use the icon or the shortcut Cntrl-f. Browse to your folder containing the data you wish to import and click “OK”.
